• 1 What is FleetHQ? +

  All-in-one fleet management software built for private car rental businesses and Turo hosts. Manage inventory, bookings, pricing, ID & insurance verification, automated agreements, and analytics from one dashboard, plus a custom website connected to your booking system so you can take direct reservations and grow independently from OTAs.

• 2 How does Insurance Verification work? +

  Renter enters their details at booking, our insurance verification partner Modives verifies policy status and coverage in real time, and the result is stored on the renter's profile in FleetHQ as well as sent to you in the email so you understand what the coverage is all about.

• 3 How does insurance work? +

  Obviously you will need commercial fleet insurance to do your car rentals, we can help you with that. As far as rental is concerned, that means where renters can purchase insurance for their trips. We have partnerships with Bonzah as well as Inshur that provides rental insurance not only for conventional rentals but also for gig workers.Renters choose on-rental coverage plan at checkout; the fee is added to their payment. Also insurance providers give you a dashboard to view coverage and process claims, and you settle with insurance companies per your agreement.

• 4 How does ID Verification work? +

  Through Stripe Identity: renters upload a photo ID and selfie, Stripe verifies it against national databases, and once verified they don't repeat it unless their ID expires.

• 5 How is the website created and white-labeled? +

  Included free with every subscription. You choose branding, colors, and layout; our team designs and builds it; it's live within 3 business days, fully mobile-optimized and booking-ready.

• 6 Can I operate without a website? +

  Yes. Use your booking link to accept reservations without a custom domain.

• 7 What happens if I cancel? +

  You may cancel at any time, there is no contract that binds you to stay on the platform.

• 8 Can I upload pre- and post-trip photos? +

  Yes. Both renters and owners can upload photos.

• 9 Can I set custom prices for holidays or peak season? +

  Yes. Use the Fleet Calendar to add custom pricing for any dates in any way that you want to change. Be it weekend, be it some specific days, peak or low. Its you who decide the prices!

• 10 Can I block days for maintenance or holds? +

  Yes. Mark any car unavailable for specific dates.

• 11 Can I manually create bookings? +

  Yes. Create them in the dashboard, send a payment link, or mark as paid if you are taking cash or online payment.

• 12 Can I manage pricing and fleet remotely? +

  Yes. The system is fully cloud-based, on desktop or mobile, from anywhere.

• 13 How are security deposits handled? +

  Held on the renter's card at booking, chargeable post-trip if needed, and refunded automatically if there are no issues.

• 14 How do I accept payments? +

  Through Stripe. Card payments at booking, custom links for extra charges, and post-trip charges for fuel, tolls, or damage.

• 15 Do I keep 100% of booking revenue? +

  Yes. FleetHQ takes no commission. Payments go straight to your Stripe-connected bank account, with no hidden platform fees. We're not a marketplace. We're your backend.

• 16 Can I add team members? +

  Yes. Add unlimited users with role-based permissions (booking access, financials, admin, etc.).

• 17 Does FleetHQ sync with Turo? +

  Yes. Your Turo calendar syncs so you never get double-booked.
